    Important information on cold room/freezer room deliveries
    • The product is delivered flat pack on a pallet.
    • Standard deliveries will require a forklift to unload in a safe manner.
    • Standard deliveres on a tail lift vehicle will require a pump truck if the frame walls can be lowered in a safe mammer.
    • In the instance that neither a forklift or pallet truck is available please call for a specialised transportation quote. 
    • The delivery driver/vehicle will have a maximum of 10-15 minutes to wait until the receipient/s remove the product before the vehicle departs in the alloted time.
    • Please note that any damages to the product or premises by the delivery staff while on or in the customer premises are the resposibilty of the customer.
    • Double manned deliveries are avalible upon request. Additional costs apply & can be advised on request of the double manned service. The service includes product maneuvered to to the premises for the customer to unpack within a timley manner and product packaging removed.

      A great machine

      Really impressive how quickly this machine makes ice. Only issues are that I had to run one lot of ice through first and start using the second batch as it tasted a bit 'dusty' (probably fair as it had been transported) although all fab now and that it does make more noise than I thought. I have based it in our utility room so I don't hear it however it is too loud to stand in the kitchen.

      Overall really pleased, hence 4 out of 5 stars.
